On Wednesday 19th July I was made an Honorary Fellow of the University of Cumbria in recognition of my career in photography. I look forward to spending time with photography students.

Words by the Water

I will be giving a talk at the annual literary festival in Keswick on Wednesday March 8th. I have been asked to tell the story of my life with books. The illistrated talk starts at 12.45 pm and lasts for an hour. It takes place in the Main Theatre of the Theatre By The Lake in Keswick.

Ullswater Way

I have been working over Easter on a commission to photograph the Ullswater Way, a newly-defined 20 mile path that circumnavigates the lake. The launch is due towards the end of April. The timing was tight and models were needed but we were in luck with two gorgeous mornings showing the lake at its most serene.

For the second time the National Gardens Scheme has chosen one of my photos as its front cover for the best-selling directory of Open Gardens.

River Greta exhibition at Keswick Museum

From 11th March, 2016 There will be an exhibition based around Keith Richardson's book, River Greta, that contains my photography. The exhibition also includes material about the changes wrought along the river as a result of storm 'Desmond' in December 2015.
